Early spiral binding (red!) with illustrated laminate-covered boards. 1947 second printing; first printing was also 1947. 171 pp, plus blank pages for "Additional Recipes". Contains instructions and recipes for pressure cooking. Laminate on spine is cracked and slightly torn at top and bottom; text block shows some wear on fore-edge, but pages are clean with no staining. Vibrant yellow, red and black cover that really stands out. In surprisingly good shape for its age.
