Contains instructions and recipes for pressure cooking. Laminate on spine is cracked and slightly torn at top and bottom; text block shows some wear on fore-edge, but pages are clean with no staining. Vibrant yellow, red and black cover that really stands out. In surprisingly good shape for its age.
