Reprint April, 1907. Thick 8vo. [2], iv, 1, 1a-b, 2-551, [1], 16 [ads] pp. 10 color plates, 219 illustrations, index. Dark olive-brown blind- and gilt-stamped cloth; bottom spine end frayed. Owner signatures, Dr. Z. B. Chamblee, North Birmingham, Alabama. Very good. Theobald completed his M.D. at the University of Maryland in 1867. He then went to study ophthalmology in London and Vienna and otology in Vienna. Among other professors, Theobald studied under Jonathan Hutchinson and Soelberg Wells. In 1871, Theobald returned to Baltimore to practice these disciplines. In 1882, he was one of the founders of the Baltimore Eye, Ear and Throat Charity Hospital. In 1889 when the Johns Hopkins Hospital was opened Theobald was one of its original staff physicians. In 1893 when the Johns Hopkins Medical School opened, Theobald was a faculty member.

Prices are net. Any local taxes are collected are required. Shipping extra. We ship SWISS POST all over the world. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (if received in original condition). Returns are only allowed within 30 days and only under certain conditions:

The seller is not required to accept a return for this reason and may choose to cancel the return request. The return is considered to be accepted unless cancelled by the seller within two business days. Items lost are refunded (30 days is the limit, though delays in shipments can be longer). Damaged items: Full or partial refunds are granted depending on the status of the item received. The buyer is refunded the item price, original shipping, plus return shipping equal to the original shipping. Refunds, or returns, are granted for items ?not as described?. There is a possibility of mutual disagreement, if the dealer disagrees then the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is not as described and both the buyer and the seller agree, then the buyer is refunded the item price, original shipping, plus return shipping equal to the original shipping.
