No One Preys on Me

No one ever notices when something starts hunting them. Not at first.

The world Luka Hill was born into no longer exists. After a failed resistance shattered society, cities were renamed, history was erased, and survival became an act of silence. Curfews, surveillance, and fear replaced freedom-and most people learned to look away.

Luka never could.

After his death in a government detention camp, Luka awakens to a darker truth beneath reality itself: a hidden prison where humanity's worst evils are contained. When something escapes, it hunts the living. And someone must hunt it back.

Chosen against his will, Luka is thrust into a brutal role-tracking monsters that thrive on trauma, grief, and vulnerability. Armed with cursed relics, uneasy allies, and a body that no longer feels like his own, he is sent across a broken world to confront horrors drawn from history, myth, and human cruelty.

Each victory comes at a cost. Blood. Memory. Sleep. Pieces of himself that never return.

As the line between hunter and hunted begins to blur, Luka must face an impossible truth: monsters are not always born-they are made. And survival may demand more than he can afford to give.

No One Preys on Me is a dark dystopian supernatural novel about trauma, resistance, and the price of refusing to remain prey. It blends horror, myth, and emotional realism into a relentless story of survival in a world that feeds on the weak-and the few who fight back.
