About the Author

Amber Renee, the only daughter in a family of seven, grew up in the mountains of West Virginia before moving to Tionesta, Pennsylvania, where she attended school and began work on Spin of Fate, the first book in her breakout series, Pawns. Published a little under two years later, Price of Loyalty is the second installment in the Pawns series. Amber now has an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and is pursuing a graduate degree at Syracuse University-all while simultaneously planning a wedding, learning a second language and working to complete the action-packed series. As always, she is grateful to God, and family for keeping her passion and drive alive, and to her readers for tagging along on this heart-racing adventure.
