This Primer of Forestry follows Part I which was just called The Forest. In the ''Letter of Transmittal'', James Wilson the Secretary of Agriculture states ''The second part deals with the practice of forestry, with work in the woods, and with the relation of the forest to the weather rand the streams, and concludes with a short account of forestry at home and abroad. The illustrations are from photographs in the collection of the Bureau of Forestry.'' BINDING/CONDITION: dark green cloth with gilt, small vignette blind stamped on the front cover with ruled borders; one small blemish on the spine; owner's name and small note on the front endpaper, name and a few numbers written on the title page, otherwise Very Good book. small 8vo (about 7.25 inches tall). 88 pages.
