SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. This is a professional bookstore. BRAND NEW books are unused, in original shrinkwrap. FINE books are flawless. FIRST EDITIONS are first printings. If a book is damaged en route or not as described, you will be refunded. CAVEAT EMPTOR: Beware of dropshippers with millions of books they don't own, and thrift stores listing used books as new or fine, who send misdescribed books in flimsy plastic bags. Avoid disappointment and shop from an honest and reliable seller.
Shipping Terms
SUPERIOR SERVICE. Books are carefully packaged to avoid damage en route. Most of our books are shipped in boxes with plenty of cushioning. Some inexpensive reading copies are shipped in bubblewrap mailers. We only request extra shipping reimbursement where indicated (for OVERSIZE books shipping via Priority mail or internationally). All shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service and their international partners. Buyers are responsible for providing a valid mailing address. Please allow 7 business days beyond the expected arrival date before filing nondelivery claims. We do not accept returns from third-party dropshippers.
