Andrew Lang FBA (31 March 1844 20 July 1912) was a Scottish poet, novelist, literary critic, and contributor to the field of anthropology. He is best known as a collector of folk and fairy tales. Prince Prigio is a literary and comic fairy tale written in 1889 ; a sequel was published in 1893, Prince Ricardo of Pantouflia: Being the Adventures of Prince Prigio's Son. Denys James Watkins-Pitchford MBE (25 July 1905 8 September 1990) was a British naturalist, an illustrator, art teacher and a children's author under the pseudonym "BB".
