During the 1970s, as a premier risk management consulting firm, Tillinghast, Nelson & Warren, Inc. prepared or reviewed financial tables and reports for management and regulatory purposes. For clients who prepared their own reports, the firm provided the industry and regulatory standard assumptions to those clients. This booklet provides those standard assumptions used for calculating risks based on life expectancy required by statute or common accounting procedures in effect up to the mid-1970s. In 1986, Atlanta -based Tillinghast, Nelson & Warren Inc., then the nation's largest independent risk management consultant, merged with Towers, Perrin, Forster & Crosby, Inc (TPF & C). The company was restructured assigning Tillinghast's benefits practice to TPF & C and TPF & C's risk management practice to Tillinghast. Wire spiral bound softcover has red plastic leatherette covers with black lettered front cover. Interior has ivory pages with black ink. Interior is tight, clean and unmarked. No ownership markings.
