He is a consultant and trainer for mining companies in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Chile and Nicaragua. He has over 29 years' experience optimising mineral processing plants in the mining and metallurgical industry. He graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi, with a degree in chemical engineering and went on to complete a master's degree in mineral engineering at the same university and a doctorate in metallurgical engineering at the Universi ty of Utah. Dr. Delgadillo Gomez also works as a professor and researcher at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi, where he teaches in the Faculty of Engineering and conducts research on the simulation of grinding and particle classification systems. Dr. Delgadillo developed the MinProSim(R) software to simulate grinding circuits and has over 20 technical publications in indexed international journals.
