Principles of Educational and Vocational Guidance

Modern educational thinkers are trying to make better use of the advancements in the field of educational psychology for providing suitable assistance to the learner. Learners have to face many difficulties in the School due to social and economic factors and they feel handicapped in pursuing their studies. If the potentialities of the learner are tested and evaluated it becomes easier for the teachers to help the pupils in their proper education. About The Dr. S. Rajjappa did his M.A. in Education from Mysore University. He did his Ph.D. from Karnataka University Dharwar. He did a diploma in Educational and Vocational Guidance from Columbia University in New York. He worked as Research Assistant in the State Council of Educational Research and Training in Karnataka. Later he shifted to Maharashtra Government as an Educational Adviser. He has authored many encyclopaedias and books on Educational and Vocational Guidance. He is associated with may professional and Governmental organisations, who are engaged in research and training in Educational and Vocational guidance.
