Books measure 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches. Collation, xiv,592pp, 575pp, vignette frontis to each volume, 21 engaved plates.Bound in full calf. Each volume professionally rebacked, retaining the period boards, raised bands, gilt lines, leather title labels. Boards rubbed on edges, leather discoloured. Both bindings in very good clean firm condition. Internally, pages and plates in good clean condition. A very nice copy, in very good solid bindings. Size: 8vo.
