Fair to Good condition. The cloth cover shows significant wear, scuffing, and soiling across its surface, with fraying at the corners and some wear to the spine area. No title is embossed on the front cover - the title was originally printed on the spine or an accompanying dust jacket that is now missing. A separate, unrelated paper wrapper/title-leaf (from a different book, Taylor & Thompson's Concrete, Plain and Reinforced) is loosely tucked inside - this is NOT part of the book itself, but an included piece of ephemera; it is torn, fragile, with brown foxing and water staining. Interior pages of the actual book are generally clean and intact with age-toning/yellowing consistent with an early 1900s printing. Faint stamps or markings appear on the preface/frontispiece pages, not fully legible; provenance (library vs. prior owner) could not be confirmed. Binding is intact and functional, with no obvious highlighting or heavy handwriting noted in the pages shown.
