Clean pages except for pale tea staining around edges of preliminaries, foxing on final leaves, and a slight ripple to head edges throughout; no owners' marks; square, tight binding, the full cloth showing surface wear at edges and corners, darkening of the title block on the spine, and a small bump on the top front edge but otherwise sound. Jacket is priceclipped and shows noticeable edge tearing, dark liquid staining over the spine and along foreedges, creasing attendant on tears, and dark gray handling smudges, but all text (except for front flap price) is intact, and the whole is now protected in a clear sleeve. x, 299pp. incl. index.

Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 1 business day. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We ship via US Postal Service and can insure upon request (insurance is free on items over $200). All shipments are protected from water, padded, reinforced if potentially bendable, and boxed if fragile or over $50 in value (otherwise, a bubble mailer may be used).
