The temporary overvaluation of the region was halted by the global financial crisis. About the Author

Judit Karsai is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Economics, Hungarian Academy of Sciences. She has been the head of the Statistics Committee of the Hungarian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association since 2000.
