War for Privilege: Mensoa

“Why do people always insist on classifying things they don’t understand as magic?” For best friends born into different stations of life within the Purus Kingdom, the wonderments of magic were common place. Or at least so they thought before they embarked on a journey to obtain the Quantum Sword from an ancient outpost in fulfillment of a prodigious prophecy. One obtains the sword and becomes the warrior of prophecy; the other is left in the shadows. But are the Kingdoms of the realm built on deception? Is magic a mere explanation for incomprehensible abilities without true understanding? Is the prophecy of legend riddled with lies? YES! The two boys will have to fight their passions for beautiful, strong-willed women from enemy nations, learn the true origins of magic, and decipher the web of lies spun over thousands of years to ensnare them. Yet with the aid of an affinity bonded lion and the unlikely soldiers of Mensoa, the two friends will confront a warrior race in an epic battle to liberate the realm from an ancient evil that has dominated it for millenniums. - A fabulous marriage of genres, War for Privilege: Mensoa has the swords and bows of epic fantasy fiction interleaved with the fascinating explanations for phenomena beyond our understanding commonly found in science-fiction.
