Pro-State Attitude Reforged

If you have been diagnosed with or just curious about Prostate cancer, and health, then the following pages with help guide you through a journey of healing, health, and happiness. Attitude is everything, and Altitude is another. Are we soaring high above the clouds with eagles or on a tails spin headed toward the ground. This book hopefully will keep you flying high, with a strong body, healthy mind, and powerful spirit, three things you need to battle the cancer that is at your doorstep, and three things that will keep an uninvited guest from sitting at your table. I just wanted to share my story and some things that I have done to help me along the way. And if somewhere in these pages you find a nugget, something you can use then this journey has been worth all the time and effort. Life is about helping each other. I hope this helps you.
