This book teaches readers about secured transactions and the law governing those transactions (UCC Article 9 as amended in 2010), while simultaneously training readers in the use and interpretation of statutes. The book contains few cases and instead provides textual explanation followed by carefully sequenced problems testing reader understanding and providing a basis for classroom discussion.
