The papers presented here were shortlisted after extensive rounds of rigorous reviews by a panel of esteemed individuals who are pioneers and experts in their respective domains.

Dr Huaqun Guo is Associate Professor at Singapore Institute of Technology, President of International Researchers Club, and Steering Committee Member for IRC Conference on Science Engineering and Technology (IRC-SET). She obtained her PhD from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Her research areas include network security, AI (artificial intelligence) for cyber security, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) security, blockchain, applied cryptography, vehicular networks and security, communications, and security risk analysis.

Professor Ian McLoughlin has published over 250 papers, more than 10 patents and 4 single author books, mainly in areas of speech/audio AI, signal processing and embedded systems. He has been a full professor for more than a decade, serving as ICT Cluster Director in Singapore Institute of Technology from 2020-2024.

Dr Umayal Lakshmanan  is the Scientific Advisor and Business Development Lead at the MedTech startup, SenzeHub, a social enterprise that develops technological solutions to meet the ageing community challenges. She is a MedTech venture builder and social entrepreneur along with a decade of experience in leading drug discovery projects in the fields of Oncology and Infectious diseases. She has led multiple drug discovery collaboration projects with local and international Institutes and Universities.

Dr Eyasu Getahun Chekole is currently a Research Fellow in Cybersecurity at Singapore University of Technology and Design. He received a PhD in Computer Science from Singapore University of Technology and Design (in Singapore). His research interests include software and system security, memory safety, industrial control and cyber-physical systems security, IoT security, applied cryptography, and Blockchain.

Dr Weizhi Meng is currently a Professor in the Department of Computing and Communications, Lancaster University, United Kingdom. He obtained his PhD degree in Computer Science from the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Prior to joining DTU, he worked as Research Scientist in Institute for Infocomm Research, A*Star, Singapore. His primary research interests are cyber security and artificial intelligence in security, including intrusion detection, IoT security, biometric authentication, trust management, and blockchain. He is currently directing the SPTAGE Lab at DTU.

Dr Peng Cheng Wang is currently an Associate Professor in Singapore Institute of Technology. He graduated from Loughborough University with a First in Aeronautical Engineering before obtaining his Doctorate in Aerodynamics. His current research interest is in Applied Aerodynamics, using both computational and experimental methods to capture complex but interesting flow behaviors that can be applied to a wide range of Engineering Applications. He is a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Dr Jiqiang Lu obtained his PhD from Royal Holloway, University of London (UK). From 2008 to 2018, he was a postdoctoral researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology (The Netherlands) and Ecole Normale Superieure (France), and a scientist at Institute for Infocomm Research, Agency for Science, Technology and Research (Singapore). Currently, he is a professor at Behang University (China), and his research interests centre on symmetric cryptology and its applications.

Dr Nicholas Heng Loong Wong is an Assistant Professor in the Infocomm Technology Cluster at the Singapore Institute of Technology. He received his PhD in Optoelectronics from the University of Southampton, UK. His previous roles include test engineering at DenseLight Semiconductors, Singapore; and software development and data science and analytics at GlobalFoundries, Singapore. His research interests include photonics and optical communications, wireless communications, quantum communications, data science, educational technology, and educational outreach.
