About the Author
Zuo-Yu SUN is Professor of Energy and Power Engineering in Beijing Jiaotong University, China. He is the Fellow of Beijing Institute of Thermophysics and Energy Engineering, the Editorial Advisory Member of ‘Journal of Chemical Research and Application’ (ISSN: 2630-4775) on the subject of ‘Combustion and Thermophysics’, the Editorial Advisory Member of ‘Chinese Journal of Urban and Environmental Studies’ (English Journal, ISSN: 2345-7481), and the member of the Combustion Institute. He has over 80 journal and conference publications in fluid mechanics, combustion and explosion involving experimental and modeling studies. Six of his journal articles had been indexed as ESI articles, and the h-index is 25 (Mendeley) upon about 1445 citations until the Jun 2022.
Dr. Prodip Das is an associate professor in hydrogen energy systems at the University of Edinburgh, UK. His research expertise and interests span the broad area of “hydrogen energy systems and electric vehicles” with a focus on the thermofluid aspects of fuel cells, electrolyzers, and Li-ion batteries. He also works in the areas of recycling/reuse of EV batteries, battery fire and safety, and nanofluids. Dr. Das is an Associate Editor of Frontiers in Energy Research, Journal of Electrochemical Energy Conversion and Storage, and Frontiers in Chemical Engineering, and is on the editorial/advisory board for Energies, Batteries, Renewable and Sustainable Energy, Inventions, and Challenges. Dr. Das has over 120 scholarly publications on hydrogen fuel cells, Li-ion batteries, heat transfer, and related mechanical engineering areas and has served as track chair/co-chair, session chair/co-chair, and technical/organizing committee member for many international conferences. Dr. Das is the recipient of several prestigious awards including the Emerging Investigators in Electrochemical Energy Conversion and Storage (ASME, USA).

I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us as a provider (AHA-BUCH GmbH) via the Internet platforms AbeBooks and/or ZVAB. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions used by you will be objected to

(1) The statutory warranty rights exist.

(3) As a consumer, you are requested to check the item immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to inform us and the freight forwarder of any complaints as soon as possible. If you do not comply with this, this will have no effect on your statutory warranty claims.
§ 5 Choice of law, place of performance, place of jurisdiction
(1) German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as this does not withdraw the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence (principle of favourability).
(2) The place of performance for all services arising from the existing business relationships with us as well as the place of jurisdiction is our registered office, insofar as you are not a consumer, but a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if the domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought. The right to appeal to the court at another statutory place of jurisdiction remains unaffected by this.
(3) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall expressly not apply.
