About the Author
Professor Hu Jiangping holds a doctoral degree and currently serves as a professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the School of Automation Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology. He is also leading the Bio-intelligence and Control Research Center within the university. His extensive academic journey includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden from 2007 to 2008.

Professor Hu's research focuses on multiple intelligent system modeling and control, information fusion in sensor networks, and intelligent flight control. He has a distinguished academic record in these fields, contributing significantly to the development and application of advanced techniques in automation and control systems.Honors and Awards:
Professor Hu, a Senior Member of IEEE, has been recognized for his technical and professional excellence, symbolizing his high standing in the field. He contributes to the intellectual community as a member of editorial boards for prominent journals such as "Kybernetika" and "Journal of Systems Science and Complexity." Prof. Jin Zhang is a professor and doctoral advisor at Changsha University of Science and Technology (CSUST), where he serves as the Dean of the College of Computer and Communication Engineering. He is also the Director of the Hunan Provincial Engineering Research Center for Power Blockchain.
In the field of scientific research, Prof. Zhang has led over 20 projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He has published more than 80 research papers in prestigious journals and conferences, including PNAS, and has received the China Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration Innovation Award.

Professor Zhang's expertise spans several critical areas in the technological domain, including network and information security, artificial intelligence security, edge computing, and fog computing. I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic provisions
