Judith A. Turner, PhD, is Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences and Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, at the School of Medicine, in the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington.

Zsuzsanna Wiesenfeld-Hallin, PhD, is a Professor of Neurophysiology at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. She is also currently a member of the board at the Center for Gender-Related Medicine at the Karolinska Institute.
