About the Author
Tong Qiu received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of California – Los Angeles. His research interests include soil dynamics, landslides, and numerical analysis of geosystems. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, The Pennsylvania State University – University Park.
Binod Tiwari received his Ph.D. from Niigata University, Japan. He got his Ph.D. in 2003 in geotechnical engineering and is expert in the field of slope stability and stabilization, landslide mitigation, applied GIS, soil behavior and characterization, and geotechnical earthquake engineering. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering, Department of California State University, Fullerton.
Zhen Zhang received his Ph.D degree at the Department of Geotechnical Engineering in Tongji University. His research interests include ground improvement, geosynthetic reinforcement, and roadway engineering. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Geotechnical Engineering in Tongji University."About the title" may belong to another edition of this title.

I. General Terms and Conditions
