This book is a collection of selected high-quality research papers presented at the International Conference on Paradigms of Communication, Computing and Data Analytics (PCCDA 2025), held at Pt. Lalit Mohan Sharma Campus, Rishikesh, Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, Uttarakhand, India, during 18–19 January 2025. Dr. Himanshu Mittal is an Associate Professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences, Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), India.  He received his Ph.D. in the field of computer vision under the supervision of Dr. Mukesh Saraswat. The keen research areas of Dr. Mittal are image analysis, machine learning, and evolutionary algorithms. He has an excellent academic record as well as research background with papers in reputed journals including IEEE Transactions. Also, he has been the co-principal investigator of the research project funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board, Department of Science and Technology, India

Dr. Satyasai Jagannath Nanda is an associate professor in the Dept. of Electronics and Communication Engg., Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur since Dec. 2023. He joined as an assistant professor at MNIT Jaipur in June 2013. Prior to it he has received the PhD degree from School of Electrical Sciences, IIT Bhubaneswar in 2013 and M. Tech. degree from Dept. of Electronics and Communication Engg., NIT Rourkela in 2009. He is the recipient of prestigious IEI Young Engineers Award by Institution of Engineers, Govt. of India in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering for the year 2018-19. Till date he has published 54 SCI/SCOUPUS Journal articles, edited 6 book proceedings of Springer, 14 book chapters, and 51 international conference proceedings which till date received 1900 citations. He is a lead Guest Editor of Scopus indexed journal SN Computer Science, Springer. He is the principal investigator of the 5G laboratory to be established by Department of Telecom, Govt. of India at MNIT Jaipur under the 100 5G Laboratory for India. Dr. Nanda is coordinator of Electronics and ICT Academy at MNIT Jaipur which is a set up of Ministry of Electronics and IT, Govt. of India.

Dr. Lim is Faculty in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He is holding a concurrent appointment as Deputy Director for the M.Sc. in Financial Engineering and the Centre for Financial Engineering, anchored at the Nanyang Business School. He is Versatile Researcher with diverse interests, with research focus in the areas of computational intelligence, evolvable hardware, finance, algorithms for UAVs and memetic computing. He is currently Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Memetic Computing published by Springer. He is also Series Editor of the book series by Springer titled "Studies in Evolutionary Learning and Optimization
