Clean pages except for some very small, brown droplet spots on the top and right edges of the book; sewn binding is secure, green cloth cover showing spots of finish loss over the spine, scattered clear droplet marks, and a faint cup ring at the lower front, but remains overall sound. 525pp; b/w illus. Topics addressed include diatoms of the genus Eunotia, genetic effects of x-rays, artificial teeth for implantation, the Iowa soil survey, quail habitat, "minor moraine" topography, closed-circuit television in electron microscopy, science teaching, tardigrades, myxosporida, and more.

Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 1 business day. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We ship via US Postal Service and can insure upon request (insurance is free on items over $200). All shipments are protected from water, padded, reinforced if potentially bendable, and boxed if fragile or over $50 in value (otherwise, a bubble mailer may be used).
