He also signed on to exclusively create new comics, TV series, and movies in-house as a senior executive.

Millar also created WOLVERINE: OLD MAN LOGAN and Marvel’s CIVIL WAR. CIVIL WAR was the basis of the third Captain America movie, and OLD MAN LOGAN was the inspiration for 20th Century Fox’s LOGAN.

CIVIL WAR remains Marvel’s biggest-selling graphic novel of all time, and his seminal SUPERMAN: RED SON is the highest-selling Superman graphic novel in history. In 2020, RED SON was also released as an animated feature.

Mark has been an executive producer on all adaptations of his books and worked as a creative consultant to 20th Century Fox on their Marvel slate of movies.
