Synopsis
The previous few years have witnessed the continued growth of developing in KM to capture the data flows among organizations, and switch them into exploitable management info systems, conducive to the improved operating practices and so gaining competitive advantage. Throughout this era, there has been a broad interest in exploiting the information to boost the business flow. However, such developments in KM and frameworks do not essentially take under consideration the specific nature of organizations, significantly once considering the acceptance of those systems, and therefore the factors that influence this acceptance. This content will address the development of a knowledge management adoption framework, and will develop a model that will serve as an instrument to assist the adoption of KM in general and in the Indian manufacturing Industries in particular.
