Cash with order. We accept Visa/Mastercharge, Personal Check, PayPal, Wire Transfer or Money Order with
phone or e.mail orders. Shipping is extra. U.S. Priority Mail, or rush Air Freight (billed at cost). Books are
guaranteed to be in condition described. Returned checks will result in $50.00 fee to customer. Customers are advised to place inquiries first via e.mail to:
