About the Author
Sridhar Ragothaman M.S., PMP, is an experienced management professional with over twenty years of strong association with Information Technology & Manufacturing industries. He holds two Masters' degrees in Mathematics and Software Systems. He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is widely traveled around the world and has associated with large business houses in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Many of his clients form part of Fortune-500 business houses. Sridhar is passionate about delivery, process management and managing stakeholders. He is a strong believe that "ability of a project manager is seen in the success of their projects rather than in lengthy meetings and talks". He played leadership roles in setting up project environments, process management and drive the projects towards greater successes in his professional career. He is also credited with conducting several training sessions for PMP aspirants.
