String-tied card covers embossed with a fireman in blind. 12mo. 32pp. Small chip and some light stains on the front wrap. Information of the Bloomfield Fire Department, and heavily larded with local advertising. In 1883 Bloomfield organized their own fire department, after the fire chief of Newark refused to respond to calls, which, because of the distance involved, were invariably futile. The ticket that accompanies the booklet is fine.
