Details the order of exercises from nine in the morning until noon, including an instrumental concert, addresses by Lyman J. Gage, Secretary of the Treasury, and O.L. Spaulding, Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, and six congressmen from Maryland. Includes a list of "Collectors of Customs" (1790-1900) and four pages of "Facts Historical" about the building and Baltimore, including note of "the act of March 3, 1899, chapter 443, authorizing the erection of a new public building upon this site." Not found in commerce, auction records, or OCLC.
