Stiff covers, 9" x 12", with pictorial of "The Plaza in 1900" by Edward Cassel, stapled spine with decorative braided string, unpaginated (40 pages) of menu, lists of commitees, patrons and sponsors, advertisments, accolades, tributes etc. Dinner and dancing started at 9 and general dancing until 2. Stanley Melba and His Orchestra played. Pepsi Colo got the centertruck in the program.
