Cover is glossy with light surface wear and a bend/partial crease running the length of the back cover. Binding is tight and square; no creases to spine. About the Author

Jon Stenerson is an instructor in the Automated Manufacturing Systems Technology Program at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconson. Mr. Stenerson has written more than six books and is a journeyman tool maker. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Vocational Education.
