Front cover has prominent foxing, back cover has mild foxing and some smudges, gutters have moderate sunfade, staple spine has sunfade and a medium-sized chip at top. Middle 50 pages have wrinkles at lower half. Pg 36 marginalia has handwriting in red pencil, pgs.81-end have a minor 1/16" closed tear at middle of bottom edge most likely sustained from shelf wear. Otherwise the book is in good condition overall. Text pages are bright and sharp. Binding is decent.
