Part II: copyright 1893 by H. B. Stevens Co., assigned 1903 to Arthur P. Schmidt page 57-101 page. 9 1/4" x 12 1/4" stapled booklet, 64 pages. The contents have notations and the covers are nearly detached. "By this time the student should have a thorough knowledge of the 'key circle' progression of the scales. This determines the signatures and is the natural reason for the importance of the dominant chord, which is the door, so to speak, through which the simpler forms of modulation are approached.".
