Mr. Lambert's consulting efforts have included four successful enterprise project management development and implementation assignments. Mr. Lambert has long been considered one of the world's leading project management educators. His creativity and effective learning facilitation style has been emphatically praised by thousands of students throughout the world. He is one of the most frequently requested instructors for Educational Services Institute/George Washington University's Project Management Master's Certificate program - the worldwide standard for PM training. Mr. Lambert was one of the select members of the team that formulated and implemented the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification program in 1981. Presently, he serves on the American Management Association's (AMA) Project Management Curriculum Development Council. As an author, his publications include 24 journal articles and two books, including the professions most widely distributed book on Earned Value. Mr. Lambert contributed two chapters to the AMA's critically acclaimed Project Management Handbook and is currently on the Editorial Review Board of two professional publications, PMNetwork and the Project Management Journal. He presents annually at ProjectWorld and the PMI Symposia, and in 1995, was awarded the Distinguished Contribution Award by PMI for his sustained dedication to the growth of the project management profession. Erin Lambert, MBA has been providing business consulting services since 1993, serving clients such as AirTouch Cellular, ECNext, Nextel Communications and ICG Communications. She earned a double major in Communication and Religion from Denison University, as well as her MBA from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, with a double major in Marketing and Operations Management and a minor in Consulting.
Erin Lambert has worked extensively in the international arena and was invited to the Middle East to present the results of her work in the area of Cause and Effect Relationships at an International Symposium. In recognition of her stellar efforts, she was awarded an internship at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, where she was responsible for researching and writing proposals for multi-million dollar development projects. While at Harvard, her responsibilities also included organizing and managing the JFK School of Government's international lecture series, featuring well-known dignitaries such as, Yassar Arafat and Itzak Rabine. Miss Lambert is also a published author and was awarded a scholarship for her paper on Mass Customization and Its Role in Today's High Technology Environment.
In addition to managing the entire LCG "back of the house," Miss Lambert also provides introductory to advanced consultation support on software development projects and project management assessments. She expects to earn her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification this year.
