About the Author

He was named Professor Emeritus of Construction Management upon retirement from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and continues to teach as a Professor of Construction at Southern Polytechnic State University, Marietta, GA. His field experience includes operating as a consultant specializing in scheduling commercial projects, and in litigation counseling, particularly cost and delay claims.
