Project X: Masks and Disguises: Stage Fright

In The Phoney Mob, Cat and Ant help to uncover some villains who are using mobile phones to commit crimes. In Stage Fright, Tiger saves the day in the school play and stops Plug and Socket stealing the amazing micro-watches. In Sharks on the Loose, Leo and Matt dress up as sharks to promote Leo's dad's fish shop. Also in this cluster, find out more about masks used for entertainment and for protection in the two non fiction books, Masks in Film and Theatre and Safe Behind a Mask. Each book comes with notes for parents that highlight tricky words or concepts in the books, prompt questions and suggest a range of follow-up activities. The Masks and Disguises Guided Reading Notes provide step-by-step guided reading support for each book in the Masks and Disguises cluster, together with guidance about comprehension, assessment for learning and vocabulary enrichment. Hands-on follow-up activities and cross-curricular links are also provided for each book.
