About the Author

Mr. Anthony Broughton, hails proudly from what he calls "the great city" of Cross, SC. He used and continues to use his passion, talents, experience, and degrees from Benedict College, Columbia College, and soon to be Dr. Broughton from the University of South Carolina to serve as a certified teacher, adjunct professor, national educational presenter, certified child care trainer for the state of South Carolina, and an education associate for the state department of education (SC First Steps) and more all under the tender age of 28. He is the CEO of Inspirational Voyages with MISTER B, LLC, a business in which he is able to maximize his talents to impact education and offer educational consulting services. He is both, the author and illustrator of two children’s book. He is also a children’s recording artist with a Children’ Hip Hop CD that features the hit song “Watch the letters get down” that has received raving reviews on YouTube in which you all must check out. He is involved in several community activities and is a proud member Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity, Incorporated, and the Call Me MISTER program. He has received numerous honors and recognition such as the recipient for the SC Black Pages’ Top 40 under 40 and IMARA magazine IMARA Man Honoree.
