Based in Bristol, England, Hollin Jones is a full-time musician and writer, as well as a lecturer at colleges and universities throughout the South West of England.
A classically trained pianist, Hollin became heavily involved in music and multimedia technology after completing a Masters Degree in Digital Media. As well as freelance web design, videographics and general studio trickery, he is also working on his second solo studio album.
Hollin has worked with many notable bands and musicians in Manchester and Bristol, and is equally at home in the studio or on stage, trying to find space for his collection of vintage keyboards.
Hollin writes extensively on the subjects of music technology and Apple Macs, as well as reviewing, problem solving and building music systems. An animated short film for which he recently wrote the soundtrack has been nominated for a BAFTA award in Wales.
