Payment accepted via Visa, Mastercard or American Express either through ABE or Paypal, plus cheques drawn on a UK bank and bank (wire) transfers in GBP sterling net of all charges. Books will ship as soon as payment clears. You may return any book within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of the book if you are in any way dissatisfied, although we will not normally refund the shipping costs unless we agree our description was in error. Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within two business days from cleared payment. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 1.5kg / 3.3lbs. Many of our books are much smaller, or much larger, than this size - we may need to contact you to adjust shipping costs down or up dependent on this but we always charge strictly the costs we incur ourselves for shipment and packaging material, no more. Local collection from Suffolk, UK possible by arrangement.
