Synopsis

Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignancies in men in the Western world. Although a wide range of treatment regimens are available for this disease, there are few evidence-based guidelines for treatment selection. Peter T. Scardino is Chair, Department of Surgery and Director, NCI SPORE in Prostate Cancer at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He is also Professor of Urology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University, USA.
