The book is a compendium of the thoughts of 40 surgeons (at the turn of the century) and their experienced opinions (with diagrams) of the best surgical approaches in treatment. The thrust of the book is to awaken men to all possibilities for treatment of this ailment. The cover has a small amount of wear, but otherwise the book's binding is Very Good, and its interior is VG to Fine--without a mark in it. The text is bright and clean on bonded paper.
