48 p.: tables; 17 cm. Brown wrapper printed in black. Circular emblem on front wrapper and title page: The Arkwright Cllub 1880. "Read before the Arkwright Club, Boston, August 7, 1884, and ordered to be printed"--p. [4]. Robert P. Porter (1852-1917) strongly favored a high protective tariff. In Very Good Condition: wrapper is lightly soiled; minor loss at tail of spine; loss of lower corner of back wrapper; minor loss at a few page corners; pages are clean and tight.
