Patricia Joudry (1921-2000) was a Canadian-born playwright who wrote an estimated forty-five works in an eighteen month period. These works were planned to fund her house renovations. She claimed was able to produce this extensive amount of literary pieces because of her "spirit guides." It took Joudry only a week to write a full length stage play because of the voices in her head believed to be the "spirits of Shakespeare, Shaw, and Tolstoy." In 1963, Joudry gave birth to her daughter with Steele. Joudry believed her newborn daughter was the "new Messiah." First edition (first printing). Very good in wrappers (paperback). 'MS Number 19' on top right of title page. 'Sept. 8 1964' on title page below author name. Perfect bound with blue paper wrappers and green fabric tape on spine. Seller Inventory # 296482
