"The Psychic Energy Codex is an excellent workbook for novices and experts alike. It demystifies and informs the reader concerning psychic skills and energy use. I high recommend it." - Kerr Cuhulain, author of Full Contant Magick and Wiccan Warrior

This book has a double identity. On one hand, it is a workbook that is designed to introduce psychic perception to those new to the concept of vital energy. In this capacity, each chapter is a lesson that introduces key concepts and skills, allowing readers to develop a better understanding of their psychic abilities but it is also far more than an introductory text. After your first thorough reading of the book, its secondary identity will become clear.

Psychic ability is not a supernatural privilege. It is simply another aspect of our very natural interaction with the world around us. The Psychic Energy Codex explains in plain and simple terms how apparently extraordinary abilities work, putting the power to control them directly in your hands.
