Le m�decin trouve en g� n�ral tout naturel de t�ter le pouls et de prendre la temp�rature, au besoin, de faire tirer la langue, et bien souvent il n�glige tout ce qui n'est pas �tat pu rement somatique chez le malade et il ne tient aucun compte de son �tat psychologique. Mais en tout cas, � la plupart il para�trait souverainement ridicule de tenir compte, f�t-cc en passant de v�tilles telles que les r�ves. Et c'est tout juste sr parfois l'on ose s'y risquer, lorsqu'il s'agit de troubles purement psycho logiques et de maladies mentales en g�n�ral.
