The Psychology and Dynamics of Human Energy: How Understanding Your Energy can Transform Your World

Human beings are 'hard-wired' to adapt to their worlds; to survive and, ideally thrive; to act upon the world with ideas and actions. This is an enduring challenge for us all.

Surviving and thriving takes energy and psychologists have been exploring the unique ways within which each of us manifests our energy for over 100 years.

Most of us know what it is like to feel 'truly alive', those moments of thriving. We all know when we have energy and when we don't, but how have we learned to channel our energy in the ways that we do and are these the most effective ways?

This book aims to help you to understand how you channel your energy in day-to-day life; how it works for you and may, potentially, hinder you.

The fifteen contributors to this book will explore how energy is manifest in relationships, families, groups and education. They will also give us some unique insights into how neurodiverse energy is manifest.

These talented and insightful contributors come from diverse professional worlds encompassing psychology, music, family therapy, education, academia, business, coaching and consultancy.

This is the second book in this series. In Book 1 - The Psychology and Dynamics of Human Energy - How Aligning Energy for Impact can Transform the Workplace - the focus is upon how human beings shape their Energy for Impact to survive and thrive at work.
