Psychology from Scripture is a unique blend of science and Christianity. This work points out how many psychological theories are compatable with and often supported in the Bible. This book consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with the relationship between psychology and spiritual warfare. The second chapter deals with the relationship between the mind and the soul, goal setting and how to improve self-esteem. Chapter three deals with romantic relationships. Specifically, how to tell the difference between a "short-term recreational relationship" and a "long-term marriage relationship", what love is and is not and how to keep a marriage going well. The last chapter teaches one spiritual relaxation. That is, how to bring your problems to the Lord and leave them there.
