Spine with 4 raised bands and gilt titling. Marbled text-block edges. VERY GOOD. Shows the extremities somewhat shelf rubbed with surface losses, endpapers and paste-downs very slightly discolored, former owner names of the period at the front paste-down and neatly at the topmost of the title page, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text is clean and exceptionally unmarked, and the boards remain bright and distinct. As pictured.
