Michel Hill is a retired Professor of Social Policy at the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. He continues to research and teach social and public policy, and also has part-time posts at Queen Mary College in London and at the University of Brighton. He has written extensively on policy implementation, British social policy and comparative social policy.
